Base Salary
$134k - $181k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own integration projects from customer discovery through go-live, including project plans, milestones, risk mitigation, and success criteria.
- Lead customer technical discovery and design engagements, including on-sites and scoping 10–15 data interfaces.
- Negotiate delivery timelines and data formats and produce documented integration specifications for ML model training and deployment.
- Apply Afresh’s data model and integration patterns to assess customer needs, identify misalignments, and propose design or process adjustments.
- Analyze complex data relationships, investigate mismatches and anomalies, and build custom queries or lightweight validation and data-mapping tools.
- Coordinate with data engineering, product engineering, and data science to deliver integrations and resolve technical risks.
- Share customer insights across Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Create documentation, templates, and onboarding content; mentor junior team members and improve processes.
Requirements
- Independently own and execute complex integration projects end-to-end, including scoping, stakeholder coordination, and on-time delivery.
- Lead technical discovery and solution design with customer IT stakeholders, including design documentation and technical trade-off discussions.
- Bring data transformation and design experience and collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and subject matter experts.
- Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other analytical tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
- Experience with AI/ML systems and diagnosing data-input issues for predictive analysis is preferred.
- A commercial mindset focused on customer priorities is preferred.
- Interest or experience in quality, testing, design processes, automation, and operational excellence is preferred.
