Base Salary
$113k - $141k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers during the tokenization lifecycle.
- Own the technical implementation of customers onto the Marqeta platform.
- Become an expert on Marqeta's tokenization APIs and share best practices.
- Troubleshoot integration issues collaboratively with customers.
- Act as a technical resource for delivery and onboarding teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer onboarding processes.
- Maintain expertise on Marqeta's products and surface customer feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise customers in a technical role.
- Proficient in working with APIs and comfortable explaining API concepts.
- Experience with tools like Bruno or Postman; SQL and Datadog are a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience in the B2B technology space with a focus on payments.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
