Senior Software Engineer — PingOne Platform Administration & Security

Responsibilities
- Report to the PingOne Admin Experience engineering director.
- Serve as a senior individual contributor on the PingOne Platform Administration team.
- Participate in all stages of the software development life cycle.
- Design and develop backend services and APIs for the PingOne Platform.
- Contribute to AI-related platform tooling and workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA, UX, and engineering teams.
- Mentor other engineers through design and code reviews.
- Support operational excellence by improving service reliability and maintainability.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong backend software development experience.
- 3+ years of experience developing Java services.
- Experience developing NodeJS services.
- Experience with TypeScript is highly desired.
- Experience in the Identity Management field is highly desired.
- Experience developing tools for AI models is highly desired.
- Experience developing SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with cloud-native development practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
