Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered tools to improve internal workflows.
- Collaborate with teams across operations, customer success, and finance.
- Identify slow and manual processes to automate.
- Ship tools that are actively used and iteratively improved.
- Work closely with the CEO and founders to address operational problems.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python.
- Experience building applications with LLMs.
- Ability to integrate systems using APIs and webhooks.
- Strong communication skills to engage with non-technical stakeholders.
