Base Salary
$120k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO, founders, and functional leaders to identify high-leverage operational problems for internal AI.
- Embed with operations, customer success, finance, people and talent acquisition, engineering, IT, and data teams to understand workflows.
- Build and ship AI agents, workflow automations, internal evaluation harnesses, and natural-language tools.
- Prioritize the highest-impact opportunity, deliver tools rapidly, and improve them based on real user feedback.
- Establish baseline practices for evaluations, prompt management, and safe LLM deployment.
- Drive adoption by ensuring internal tools are actively used by business teams.
Requirements
- 1–3 years building software, including backend services, internal tools, automations, or API-driven applications; internships and co-ops count.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping something with LLMs, such as an agent, RAG pipeline, copilot, or prompt-driven tool.
- Ability to connect systems using APIs, webhooks, SaaS integrations, and asynchronous workflows.
- Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, identify needs, and drive adoption.
- Experience working quickly and iterating under ambiguity.
- Experience with copilots, agents, or workflow automations is a bonus.
- Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or Temporal is a bonus.
- Experience with vector databases or retrieval systems is a bonus.
- Experience integrating Salesforce, Slack, Zendesk, Notion, or Jira is a bonus.
- Startup or high-growth experience is a bonus.
