Base Salary
$165k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, maintenance, and mobile release of Android applications.
- Drive the technical architecture and implementation of mobile platforms and solutions.
- Grow team knowledge through pair programming, code reviews, and documentation.
- Implement programming best practices and monitoring for mobile platforms.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for new tools and techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering for Android applications.
- Proficiency in Android development using Kotlin or Java.
- Solid understanding of mobile platform architecture and UI/UX design principles.
- Experience as a technical lead for large projects spanning multiple teams.
- Effective communication skills for articulating technical concepts to various stakeholders.
- Experience in start-up settings and launching products from 0 to 1.
- Passion for mobile technology and commitment to exceptional user experiences.
