Base Salary
$165k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for the architecture and development of the iOS platform.
- Drive the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality iOS applications.
- Collaborate with engineers, product management, and design teams to execute the iOS engineering strategy.
- Lead complex initiatives from concept through delivery, balancing business needs with long-term investments.
- Mentor and coach engineers through architecture reviews and technical guidance.
- Identify and resolve challenges related to scalability, performance, and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with customer-facing iOS applications.
- Deep expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, and modern iOS development practices.
- Proven experience in defining mobile architecture and engineering best practices.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to various stakeholders.
- Experience in start-up settings and launching new products.
