Responsibilities
- Build and evolve agentic AI applications and multi-agent workflows using Azure AI Foundry and Azure-native services.
- Develop full-stack experiences, backend services, secure APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations for AI capabilities.
- Implement serverless and stateful orchestration with Azure Functions and Durable Functions.
- Use queues and event-driven messaging to support reliable, decoupled, asynchronous AI workflows.
- Build ADLS-based ingestion, storage, processing, and vector-based retrieval systems using enterprise knowledge stores.
- Implement LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation pipelines, scoring, quality monitoring, logging, metrics, and telemetry.
- Align AI solutions with Agent 365 lifecycle governance, access controls, observability, runtime protection, and monitoring requirements.
- Operate production AI systems, including incident response, root-cause analysis, and improvements to reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in a global IT environment working across multiple disciplines to deliver projects for customer needs.
- 3+ years of global delivery or transformation experience, preferably in large-scale infrastructure programs.
- 3+ years of experience in a global operations environment.
- Strong hands-on development experience with Python, C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Experience building API-driven services, integrating distributed systems, and meeting reliability, availability, scalability, performance, and cost requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure Functions, Durable Functions or equivalent orchestration patterns, queues, event-driven messaging, ADLS, Azure Cognitive Services or Azure AI Services, and vector databases or vector search.
- Experience implementing LLM-as-a-Judge or equivalent automated evaluation approaches for quality monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity or experience with Agent 365-style lifecycle management, including agent registries, governance, monitoring, observability, and access controls.
- Experience delivering solutions with runtime security, access controls, monitoring, and enterprise governance alignment.
- Preferred experience integrating AI services with Power Platform or ServiceNow and familiarity with Azure AI services and data platforms.
- Required or stated certifications include Python Certification, Azure AI Services, and Azure Data Services.
