Responsibilities
- Build and evolve LLM-powered AI applications and agents using Azure AI Foundry and Azure-native services.
- Design multi-agent workflows and orchestration layers for complex, multi-step tasks.
- Develop full-stack experiences, backend services, secure RESTful APIs, and integration layers.
- Build serverless and stateful orchestration services with Azure Functions and Durable Functions or equivalent patterns.
- Implement queue-based and event-driven workflows for scalable and reliable asynchronous processing.
- Create ADLS-based ingestion, storage, and processing pipelines for AI workloads and grounding.
- Implement vector retrieval and knowledge systems using Azure AI Search and other vector database patterns.
- Develop LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation pipelines and use scoring insights for continuous quality improvement.
- Instrument systems with logging, metrics, telemetry, monitoring, and operational diagnostics.
- Align agent solutions with Agent 365 lifecycle governance, access controls, runtime protection, and enterprise monitoring expectations.
- Operate production AI systems, including incident response, root-cause analysis, and reliability, performance, and cost improvements.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on software development experience with Python, C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Experience building API-driven services and integrating distributed systems with strong non-functional engineering knowledge.
- Hands-on experience delivering enterprise generative AI solutions with Azure AI Foundry and Azure-native services.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Durable Functions or equivalent orchestration patterns, queues, and event-driven messaging.
- Experience using ADLS for data ingestion, storage, and processing, plus Azure Cognitive Services or Azure AI Services.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases or vector search and enterprise retrieval deployment patterns.
- Experience implementing LLM-as-a-Judge or equivalent automated evaluation approaches for quality monitoring.
- Familiarity with Agent 365-style lifecycle management, governance, agent registries, observability, and access controls.
- Experience delivering solutions with runtime security, runtime protection, access controls, and monitoring alignment.
- 10+ years of experience in a global IT environment working across disciplines to deliver projects for customer needs.
- 3+ years of global delivery or transformation experience, preferably in large-scale infrastructure programs.
- 3+ years of experience in a global operations environment.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Certification requirements include Python Certification, Azure AI Services, and Azure Data Services.
- Experience integrating AI services with enterprise automation platforms such as Power Platform or ServiceNow is preferred.
