Responsibilities
- Create, execute, and maintain test plans to qualify product releases and features.
- Perform initial root cause analysis on bugs using developer tools.
- Report bugs and errors in Jira with detailed information.
- Help reproduce bugs raised externally.
- Execute extended/edge cases to evolve test plans.
- Collaborate with the development team to keep test plans updated.
- Contribute to the existing automation framework and fix failing tests.
Requirements
- Proven 2+ years of experience as an Automation and Manual Tester.
- Experience testing responsive web pages across different OS platforms and browsers.
- Experience in testing RBAC/permission models is a plus.
- Working experience with tools like Jira and Chrome Developer tools.
- Strong knowledge of web-based applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and thoroughness in executing test plans.
- Attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
- Experience working in agile teams with multiple product releases per week.
- Comfortable working with Python or Java; exposure to REST APIs is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in testing mobile applications is a plus.
- BE/BTech/BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
