Responsibilities
- Create, execute, and maintain detailed manual and automated test plans for product releases and features.
- Perform initial root-cause analysis using browser developer tools, network and console tabs, GCP server logs, and SQL analysis.
- Report detailed bugs and errors in Jira and help reproduce issues raised externally.
- Execute edge-case testing and update test plans as product changes are introduced.
- Contribute to the automation framework by triaging, fixing, and maintaining failing tests.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in manual and automation testing of responsive web pages.
- Experience testing across different operating systems and browsers.
- Experience with Jira and Chrome Developer Tools for reporting and troubleshooting errors.
- Strong knowledge of web-based applications, test-plan execution, organization, attention to detail, and analytical problem solving.
- Experience working in agile teams with multiple product releases per week.
- Comfort with Python or Java; REST API exposure is a plus.
- Experience testing RBAC or permission models and mobile applications is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, such as a BE, BTech, or BSc.
- Excellent communication skills.
