Responsibilities
- Build and ship generative AI features and complex products on top of large language models.
- Translate user needs into simple, product-oriented technical solutions.
- Prompt and work hands-on with large language models.
- Develop agents and evaluation pipelines where appropriate.
- Work independently to solve challenging GenAI problems.
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, or experience writing production-grade code.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or C#, Java, Node.js, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience prompting large language models through tools or implemented GenAI features.
- Strong problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Product-oriented approach to translating user needs into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of recent agent developments is a plus.
- Experience with Kubernetes, LangGraph, complex LLM-based products, or evaluation pipelines is a bonus.
