Responsibilities

  • Build and ship generative AI features and complex products on top of large language models.
  • Translate user needs into simple, product-oriented technical solutions.
  • Prompt and work hands-on with large language models.
  • Develop agents and evaluation pipelines where appropriate.
  • Work independently to solve challenging GenAI problems.

Requirements

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, or experience writing production-grade code.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or C#, Java, Node.js, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience prompting large language models through tools or implemented GenAI features.
  • Strong problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Product-oriented approach to translating user needs into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of recent agent developments is a plus.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, LangGraph, complex LLM-based products, or evaluation pipelines is a bonus.
