Responsibilities
- Design and build full-stack applications using AI coding tools and hands-on development.
- Build reliable APIs and integrations connecting digital products with enterprise systems.
- Deliver high-quality, maintainable code and scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Author and maintain technical documentation such as ADRs and RFCs.
- Build CI/CD pipelines and support observability through logging, metrics, and monitoring.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint cycles, user engagement, and issue resolution.
- Share engineering best practices through internal technology blogs and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, software design principles, and basic database concepts.
- Familiarity with modern web development technologies such as Spring Boot, React, and Python.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as MSSQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Familiarity with search engines such as Elasticsearch.
- Familiarity with observability tooling and frameworks such as OpenTelemetry.
- Experience integrating LLM and agentic AI capabilities is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise systems of record, including integrations with bespoke or custom applications, is advantageous.
- Singapore citizenship is required.
