Base Salary
$125k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Accelerate development of Artian’s innovative AI platform.
- Work across platform components and services as part of a small, cross-functional team.
- Build products and solve customer use cases involving agentic AI-driven enterprise process automation.
- Contribute to modern distributed systems development in Python.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, scikit-learn, embeddings, vector databases, graph databases, LLM APIs, LLM prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and ML model hyperparameter tuning.
- Experience with paradigms such as RAG, AI agents, and multi-agent systems.
- A master's degree or doctorate in computer science or a closely related field is preferred.
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures.
- Experience with distributed architectures and event-driven programming.
- Experience with data processing, including big data, event streams, and relational databases.
- Experience at startups, fintechs, or larger technology companies is preferred.
