Responsibilities

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer with a focus on frontend development.
- Expertise in React and TypeScript with a strong eye for UX and performance.
- Fluency with AI coding tools and a track record of efficient shipping.
- Leadership experience in setting standards and mentoring.
- Experience in shipping high-quality, production-grade frontend at scale.
- Working proficiency in Go for backend services.
- Ability to prioritize autonomously and handle ambiguity.
- Customer-centric approach with empathy towards users.
- Relevant experience in fintech, fraud, compliance, or regulated systems is preferred.
- Proficient in English for communication and reporting.
