Base Salary
$138k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and develop video and generative video processing applications for desktop and mobile systems.
- Research and evaluate video processing, video generation, and 3D reconstruction algorithms.
- Design and develop algorithms for video and 3D reconstruction processing pipelines at module and system levels.
- Implement video, neural rendering, and 3D Gaussian Splatting algorithms using production-ready code.
- Optimize video, generative, and 3D reconstruction algorithms for real-time performance.
- Customize, integrate, and ship deep learning models across Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android.
- Set up test environments, develop test tools, and design unit tests for video and 3D pipeline runtime verification.
Requirements
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field; or a master's degree with three years of relevant experience; or seven years of equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with C, C++, or Objective-C and Python, including released talking avatar, head, or portrait projects and top conference papers.
- Hands-on experience with video generation or video diffusion models, neural rendering techniques such as NeRF and 3D Gaussian Splatting, and 3D reconstruction systems.
- Experience with machine learning techniques including generative models, diffusion models, discriminative models, or transfer learning.
- Experience with or solid understanding of at least one deepfake detection approach, such as biometric analysis, vision-language model techniques, interactive behavior analysis, or multimodal signal modeling.
- Familiarity with multithreaded programming and communication mechanisms.
- Understanding of multimedia stream data processing flows, ideally including 3D scene or point cloud pipelines.
