Base Salary
$203k - $259k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/ML-based services in collaboration with product management and engineering teams.
- Analyze data and develop, validate, deploy, and optimize machine learning models.
- Build and fine-tune model architectures for natural language and perception-based tasks.
- Apply transformer architectures, distillation, reinforcement learning, and other model optimization techniques.
- Train and fine-tune large and small language models for domain- and task-specific applications.
- Develop and deploy responsible, safe, and explainable AI agents and applications.
- Contribute to AI model development and deployment best practices while monitoring emerging technologies and research.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, machine learning, mathematics, statistics, or a related field with 6+ years of software engineering experience, or a related master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Experience with Python, Java, or C++ and machine learning model development, training, and deployment.
- Experience building enterprise-grade AI agents and agentic workflows.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and data manipulation tools.
- Experience developing large language models, natural language processing, or generative AI solutions.
- Preferred experience with small language model development, Cisco networking and security technologies, network automation, AI-based anomaly detection, AI-driven DevOps automation, model observability, edge computing, and AI cloud platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and technical documentation skills.
