Base Salary
$141k - $361k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define the machine learning roadmap for the Content Platform.
- Provide high-level guidance on model architecture and MLOps infrastructure to make models scalable and production-ready.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Content Strategy to align machine learning initiatives with business goals.
- Balance long-term research and development with incremental delivery and measurable production improvements.
- Integrate generative AI and vision models to enrich content quality and user engagement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of total experience in software or machine learning engineering.
- A BS or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep theoretical and practical understanding of machine learning.
- Understanding of how machine learning affects the streaming business and bottom line.
- Ability to explain complex models to non-technical executives and discuss architecture with experienced engineers.
- A proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Experience with modern machine learning stacks, including LLMs, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Spark, and cloud-native MLOps tools.
