Base Salary
$140k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end from prototype through production and ship code to pilot customers quickly.
- Build employee-facing guidance UX and manager dashboard product surfaces.
- Develop across the TypeScript, React, Next.js, Postgres, Electron, and Tauri stack.
- Build production LLM features and establish telemetry and evaluation systems.
- Translate customer and pilot feedback into rapid product changes and directly influence the roadmap.
- Help convert pilots into paying contracts through product work.
- Drive enterprise-grade reliability and quality standards.
- Architect key system components and help shape engineering culture and hiring as the team grows.
- Talk with customers, join pilot calls, and help close deals by building high-impact functionality.
Requirements
- Experience shipping full-stack, production-ready products in fast-moving environments.
- Strong skills with TypeScript, React, Next.js, backend APIs, and Postgres.
- Experience building across web and desktop platforms using Electron, Tauri, or similar technologies.
- Experience building LLM-powered features in production rather than only prototyping them.
- Production engineering habits including testing, observability, and pragmatic system design.
- Familiarity with AI coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex.
- Comfort debugging, writing tests, speaking with customers, and joining pilot calls.
- Bonus: experience building browser-based automation tools or developer or enterprise tools.
