Responsibilities
- Write production code and engage with customers on pilot calls.
- Transform customer feedback into product changes within the same week.
- Directly influence the product roadmap and help close deals.
- Own features from prototype to production, ensuring quality and reliability.
- Build core product surfaces, including employee-facing guidance UX and manager dashboards.
- Set up telemetry and evaluation systems for credible insights.
Requirements
- Experience shipping full-stack production-ready products in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in TypeScript, React, Next.js, backend APIs, and Postgres.
- Comfortable building across web and desktop platforms using Electron or Tauri.
- Experience with LLM-powered features in production.
- Strong production habits including CI/CD, testing, and observability.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to debug and communicate effectively.
