Base Salary
$165k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own product features end to end from customer problem discovery through design, implementation, rollout, documentation, and production monitoring.
- Manage feature-flag strategies and releases while monitoring production health and resolving issues.
- Build AI-powered agent experiences for third-party risk assessment workflows.
- Partner with Product, improve UX and documentation, and address bugs and technical debt.
- Set technical direction across teams and product areas, mentor engineers, unblock others, and serve as a primary escalation point.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of professional software engineering experience building and owning production systems end to end.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript across the stack.
- Backend experience with Node.js and NestJS, plus frontend experience with React.
- Experience with event-driven architecture and durable workflow orchestration such as Temporal.
- Solid grounding in relational databases, testing, observability/telemetry, and modern CI/CD practices.
- Ability to own architecture and long-term technical direction, make cross-area decisions, mentor teammates, and communicate clearly.
- Bonus: experience in TPRM, vendor risk, GRC, compliance, or AI-powered product features.
