Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure for agent orchestration and execution.
- Build frameworks and developer tools for developing, testing, and deploying autonomous agents.
- Partner with product and research teams to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions.
- Mentor engineers and establish effective engineering practices across the codebase.
- Contribute to technical strategy and long-term platform roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional software engineering or related technical experience.
- Hands-on experience with agentic infrastructure, agent systems, or related distributed systems.
- Generalist experience across multiple technical domains, with strong systems design skills and a focus on scale and reliability.
- Experience building and operating production systems in a startup, founding, early-hire, or other 0-to-1 environment.
- Proficiency with modern programming languages and cloud infrastructure, including experience building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platforms.
- Comfort working across the stack from low-level infrastructure to high-level abstractions.
