Responsibilities
- Customize and enhance user interfaces and business logic within OpenText SMAX.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows and rulesets.
- Manage and support CMDB-related functionality.
- Perform testing and acceptance validation of new SMAX releases and functionalities.
- Collaborate independently and with development and service management teams.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with OpenText SMAX.
- Experience with automated workflows, rulesets, and CMDB management.
- Strong JavaScript skills.
- Good understanding of IT Service Management processes.
- German or English language skills.
- Structured and analytical problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- ITIL certification, ideally ITIL Foundation v4, is preferred.
- Experience with Enterprise Service Management environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of service management best practices and processes is preferred.
