Responsibilities
- Lead development of front-end interfaces and back-end logic for DTT.
- Design and build front-end assistants, SOAP/REST interfaces, customer UIs, and system overlays.
- Develop automation solutions and functionalities defined in tickets with the steering team and Product Owner.
- Analyze requirements and communicate with internal stakeholders.
- Handle software development lifecycle activities for small and mid-sized solutions.
- Migrate legacy applications to new codebases and PHP versions.
- Work with asynchronous processing, CI/CD pipelines, system integrations, and application design.
- Participate in research and development projects, code reviews, and quality checks.
- Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced colleagues and document solutions.
Requirements
- Several years of experience working in the IT industry.
- Advanced experience with programming and application design.
- Knowledge of PHP 8+ and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with Symfony or a similar framework such as Laravel or CakePHP.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MariaDB.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, React, Docker, PHPUnit, and Vitest.
- Experience with migration of legacy applications and asynchronous processing.
- Experience designing, modifying, and debugging CI/CD pipelines.
- Good skills integrating systems and applications.
- Good experience with Git and GitLab and an understanding of cloud systems, DevOps concepts, and tooling.
- Knowledge of Puppeteer or Selenium is nice to have.
- Knowledge of Python, C++, Golang, or Rust is nice to have.
- English proficiency at upper-intermediate level (B2); German is nice to have.
- Strong communication, self-motivation, organization, and willingness to learn and teach new technologies.
