Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and create or review technical solution designs.
- Customize, enhance, redesign, and optimize OpenText Service Manager (SM9) solutions.
- Implement OpenText ITSM tool suites and support architecture planning.
- Develop, migrate, and maintain workflows and service management processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify and refine business requirements.
- Support Incident and Problem Management activities in the ITSM environment.
- Deploy enhancements and fixes to test and production environments.
- Participate in major release activities, including up to four annual releases.
Requirements
- Experience developing and customizing OpenText Service Manager (SM9).
- Good knowledge of JavaScript.
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
- Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM).
- ITIL Foundation v4 certification is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Professional working proficiency in German is required; English is nice to have.
