Base Salary
$230k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build foundational enterprise platform systems and capabilities.
- Develop identity, access management, integration points, and extensibility for enterprise customers.
- Scale the platform across organizations, regions, and use cases while maintaining performance and simplicity.
- Support security, compliance readiness, reliability, and operational excellence across the platform.
- Work with integrations, APIs, and complex customer environments.
- Build backend-leaning full-stack capabilities for enterprise SaaS applications.
Requirements
- Passion for developing frontier AI products.
- Experience building reliable, maintainable, secure production systems that scale.
- High agency and motivation to drive outcomes in an autonomous environment.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred experience with SSO, RBAC, IAM, audit logs, compliance-adjacent systems, integrations, APIs, complex customer environments, enterprise SaaS, authentication, permissions, data isolation, threat modeling, or AI-powered products.
