Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases covering functional and non-functional requirements.
- Design and implement automated test suites and build the test automation framework from scratch.
- Perform manual exploratory, regression, usability, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide product-quality feedback.
- Identify, document, and track defects using a bug-tracking system.
- Analyze test results and report test coverage and quality metrics.
- Improve testing processes and evaluate new testing tools and technologies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software quality assurance experience.
- Proven experience testing web applications through both manual and automated methods.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
- Proficiency with an end-to-end test automation framework such as Playwright.
- Experience building test automation frameworks from scratch.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language; TypeScript is preferred.
- Experience with React and NestJS is highly desirable.
- Experience with performance and load testing, security testing, and CI/CD integration in Azure DevOps is a plus.
