Base Salary
$152k - $228k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the job orchestration layer for autonomy performance benchmarks.
- Build monitoring, alerting, and self-healing automation for the bench fleet.
- Design and build end-to-end data pipelines for capturing performance metrics.
- Work with Data Science to develop rigorous experimentation methodologies.
- Guide the SRE team through OS and system-level configuration of bench hardware.
- Own the planning lifecycle for the benchmarking fleet across hardware generations.
- Collaborate with various engineering teams to translate performance analysis needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of industry software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and working proficiency in C++.
- Experience building data pipelines and familiarity with SQL.
- Deep comfort with Linux systems and bare-metal infrastructure.
- Experience setting technical vision and roadmap for projects.
- Familiarity with AI as a core part of the engineering workflow.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
