Base Salary
$89k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and manage public-cloud infrastructure, compute resources, IAM roles, subscriptions, VPCs, private networks, routes, and rules.
- Create and maintain infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, Dockerfiles, manifest files, and Helm charts.
- Deploy and operate applications across Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, PaaS, and other cloud environments.
- Configure and operate monitoring, logging, alerting, instrumentation, and distributed-system services at scale.
- Provide production support, incident management, root-cause analysis, real-time monitoring, and high-availability improvements.
- Install, configure, maintain, engineer, and size mission-critical applications and troubleshoot cloud issues.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, or another programming language.
- Solid experience with public cloud, cloud infrastructure construction, and cloud application deployment.
- Experience with AWS or Azure; cloud platform certifications are preferred.
- Experience provisioning cloud compute resources and managing IAM roles and subscriptions.
- Experience building cloud VPCs, private networks, routes, and security rules.
- Experience with Datadog, Prometheus, Splunk, or similar monitoring tools.
- Experience with CloudFormation, Terraform, ARM, or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines for DevSecOps functions and using deployment tools such as UDeploy, Starling, or Mario.
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience and knowledge of Docker, Cloud Foundry, OpenShift, or Rancher.
- Hands-on Azure Active Directory experience and strong cloud troubleshooting, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience operating monitoring, logging, alerting, and instrumentation services for distributed systems at scale.
