Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and delivery of enterprise applications for the pharmaceutical regulatory ecosystem.
- Define software architecture and guide development teams toward secure, scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, development best practices, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in an enterprise application environment.
- Lead distributed or multidisciplinary teams and manage technical stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of software development experience with strong Java expertise.
- Proven technical leadership and software architecture design experience.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise application development.
- Experience with software security, performance optimization, scalability, code reviews, and development best practices.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Preferred: experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated sectors; Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud; Docker and Kubernetes; regulatory compliance and data protection; frontend or full-stack environments; relevant Java, cloud, architecture, or Agile certifications; and distributed or multidisciplinary team leadership.
