Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and delivery of enterprise applications supporting the pharmaceutical regulatory ecosystem.
- Define software architecture and guide development teams toward secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and promote development best practices.
- Optimize application security, performance, and scalability while troubleshooting technical issues.
- Work with stakeholders and distributed or multidisciplinary teams in a regulated environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of software development experience with strong Java expertise.
- Proven experience in technical leadership and software architecture design.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, enterprise application development, and software security.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated sectors; Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud; Docker and Kubernetes; regulatory compliance and data protection; modern frontend or full-stack environments; relevant Java, cloud, or architecture certifications; and leadership of distributed or multidisciplinary teams.
