Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BCG’s microservices platform.
- Gather and implement feedback from platform consumers.
- Implement hands-on solutions using Kubernetes, Python, Terraform, AWS, and related technologies.
- Resolve complex technical issues and engage appropriate resources when needed.
- Present and evangelize the platform to senior stakeholders.
- Influence technical direction, articulate risks, and promote secure solutions and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with global, offshore, and cross-functional teams to tailor the platform to business needs.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience with AWS and microservices-based architecture.
- Hands-on, low-level AWS experience.
- At least 4 years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- At least 8 years of experience with Jenkins, CircleCI, Octopus, or other CI/CD tools.
- At least 4 years of experience with Packer or Terraform.
- Ability to work consultatively with stakeholders and distributed development teams.
- AWS certifications are preferred.
- Application development experience is preferred.
- Experience with Kubernetes add-ons, security, monitoring, and scaling is preferred.
