Responsibilities
- Assist with implementing ServiceNow solutions, including system configuration and custom feature development.
- Support technical consulting and quality assurance activities.
- Maintain the Client ServiceNow platform and follow implementation standards and technical best practices.
- Provide technical expertise on ServiceNow platform questions.
- Understand business needs and help standardize processes, designs, and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent English; German language knowledge is advantageous.
- Interest in learning and growing as a ServiceNow developer.
- Experience with other ITSM software solutions is advantageous.
