Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models and LLM-based solutions that automate business workflows and enhance reporting.
- Apply NLP and information retrieval techniques to extract structured information from unstructured text.
- Build and maintain high-volume data pipelines for data processing, enrichment, and model training using Python, SQL, and cloud services.
- Analyze, clean, and preprocess large datasets to optimize reusable machine learning models.
- Design and deploy AI agents, automation tools, and model integrations using cloud services and external APIs.
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to elicit requirements, define business problems, and scope technical solutions.
- Document workflows, validate results, and follow best practices for model performance, versioning, and reproducibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative STEM field.
- At least 3 years of experience in data science or applied machine learning, with experience in both modeling and pipeline development.
- Exceptional Python programming skills and hands-on experience with scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience with modern AI frameworks and SDKs such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, including building and deploying AI agents.
- Experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and handling large datasets.
- Experience with Git and reproducible workflows using notebooks, scripts, or containers.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing cloud workloads, preferably in AWS using S3, Glue, Lambda, and Athena.
- Experience securely integrating APIs, including LLM APIs and external data sources.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with both AWS and GCP, advanced NLP applied to real-world business challenges, and agile machine learning lifecycles from exploration through production deployment.
