Base Salary
$140k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs for internal and external use.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to abstract infrastructure complexity.
- Support ongoing infrastructure improvements such as end-to-end testing and security operations.
- Collaborate on deployment, monitoring, and reliability of backend systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building backend systems, preferably in a startup.
- Strong proficiency in a backend language such as Python, Go, or Node.
- Experience designing APIs and services for scale and reliability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment with ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams.
- Passion for transforming healthcare with AI technology.
