Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native.
- Collaborate with backend, design, and product teams on application and product feature development.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor other developers.
- Apply application configuration, integration, performance management, rapid prototyping, and change/configuration management practices.
- Manage business requirements, workload, priorities, and applicable customer or employee conflicts.
- Travel up to 20% when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and four years of Information Technology experience, or a technical certification and/or college courses with six years of Information Technology experience, or eight years of Information Technology experience.
- Three or more years of hands-on React Native development experience preferred.
- Experience with application or product feature design, integration technologies, service-oriented architecture, cloud computing, application configuration, performance management, and business requirements management.
- Experience building user interfaces with Tamagui preferred.
- Professional experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot preferred.
- Familiarity with specification-driven development practices preferred.
- Experience with OAuth, OpenID Connect, or ForgeRock preferred.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as Jest and Detox preferred.
- Experience with performance profiling and optimization tools preferred.
- Familiarity with backend services built in Spring Boot, Kotlin, or Java preferred.
- Experience with app security and secure storage best practices preferred.
- Ability to work at a computer for an entire shift and manage multiple priorities, conflicts, and workloads.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
