Responsibilities
- Lead the maintenance and feature development of a 3-tier C# architecture.
- Evolve seamless integrations through APIs for Creatio CRM and Monday.com.
- Manage SQL Server, including query optimization and operational tasks.
- Proactively update and complete system documentation.
- Provide insightful feedback during peer reviews.
- Support the growth of junior engineers through mentorship.
- Translate technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain and improve the stability of the project environment.
- Research and propose new tools or methodologies for team efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Deep proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- Strong experience with jQuery and JavaScript.
- Experience in database management and performance tuning with SQL Server.
- Proven track record of working with RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of Azure hosting environments is a plus.
- Understanding of SSL implementation and secure data handling.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD and version control (Git).
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
- Experience in nearshore/offshore client-facing environments is mandatory.
