Base Salary
$118k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement and test software features under established designs, coding standards, and documented procedures.
- Maintain components of ML-assisted pipelines for automated media inspection, validation, and enrichment.
- Integrate existing AI and machine-learning services and verify inputs and outputs.
- Assist with monitoring and troubleshooting production systems using runbooks and escalation procedures.
- Develop foundational skills in software development, cloud technologies, and machine-learning concepts through hands-on work, training, and mentorship.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a comparable field, with equivalent work experience accepted.
- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in at least one core programming language, such as Java or Python.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software development fundamentals.
- Experience with REST APIs or GraphQL.
- Familiarity with AWS and core services such as S3, Lambda, and EC2.
- Knowledge of MongoDB and SQL-based databases.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: exposure to machine learning or computer vision technologies and their integration into software solutions.
- Preferred: familiarity with generative AI, prompt engineering, Docker, and ECS.
Benefits
- Full-time employment.
- Hiring range of $117,500–$157,500 per year, with possible bonus and/or long-term incentive units excluded from the base pay range.
