Responsibilities
- Partner with account teams and Customer Engineers during technical evaluations to assess feasibility, shape proposals, and validate Forward Deployed Engineering engagements.
- Lead technical design for enterprise AI solutions and integrate models, agents, and connectors with customer data pipelines, identity providers, and compliance boundaries.
- Diagnose complex customer implementation issues at the code level, identify product bugs, and test workarounds.
- Act as the liaison to product and engineering teams to resolve systemic deployment blockers and communicate field feedback.
- Own technical delivery strategy and architectural direction from evaluation through implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience leading technical delivery strategies, debugging systems, interfacing with product and engineering organizations, and working with system design and orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with enterprise integrations such as APIs, Enterprise Content Management systems, identity, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.
- Experience reading or debugging Java, Python, JavaScript, or another general-purpose programming language.
- Fluency in Mandarin.
- Preferred: experience orchestrating specialized technical resources, engaging and influencing technical or executive stakeholders, diagnosing ambiguous technical problems, developing architectural solutions, and communicating technical issues as business impact.
