Responsibilities

  • Architect and optimize scalable, high-throughput metrics engines for lending and other risk exposures.
  • Engineer resilient workflows for market scenarios, counterparty evaluation, credit ratings, and risk appetites.
  • Lead the blueprint and execution of next-generation AI-enabled, cloud-first architecture.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership across regional and global engineering teams.
  • Drive platform modernization, legacy transformation, engineering excellence, and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with quantitative engineers, technical leaders, product managers, risk partners, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on software development experience building and scaling enterprise-level, business-critical systems.
  • Experience providing technical leadership across global development teams and driving modern, scalable SDLC practices.
  • Deep cloud architectural design expertise, preferably with AWS and multi-region high-availability patterns.
  • Experience defining, designing, and delivering AI-enabled products, platforms, or automated solutions.
  • A proven track record leading large-scale platform modernization, legacy transformation, or strategic change initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical, debugging, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior financial-services experience and deep knowledge of risk or risk-engineering systems are preferred.
