Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of complex, large-scale software systems and key products or programs.
- Build scalable enterprise applications and microservices using .NET, C#, Azure or Amazon services, and frontend technologies.
- Own technical strategy, architecture, execution, product vision, delivery timelines, and technical outcomes.
- Solve ambiguous, high-impact problems; define design approaches; manage technical debt; and optimize databases.
- Lead cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and establish best practices for coding, design patterns, and system design.
- Drive project planning, estimation, stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement, innovation, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
- Evaluate and leverage AI/ML and generative AI technologies for appropriate use cases.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience building scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
- Experience with C#, .NET, backend microservices, Azure or Amazon services, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Frontend experience with JavaScript, Angular or React JS, HTML, and SCSS.
- Experience with distributed systems design, data modeling, database optimization, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Ability to lead teams, mentor engineers, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver in ambiguous environments.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Exposure to AI/ML or generative AI is highly desirable.
