Responsibilities
- Own detection capabilities from idea to customer impact across the AI/ML detection portfolio.
- Build and maintain data pipelines for model training, including data collection and feature extraction.
- Design, train, fine-tune, and evaluate models, ensuring they are production-ready.
- Create an automated model build and release pipeline for routine operations.
- Monitor model quality in production through telemetry feedback and drift monitoring.
- Design evaluation methodologies for adversarial domains.
- Automate the ML lifecycle using AI-assisted development.
- Set and prioritize your own experimentation roadmap based on customer-facing detection gains.
Requirements
- 3+ years of applied ML experience in areas like text classification, computer vision, or threat detection.
- Proven track record of end-to-end delivery of models from data to production.
- Experience in building data pipelines for model training and management.
- Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of statistics and experiment design.
- Comfortable working across integration boundaries, such as ONNX consumption.
- Fluency with AI coding and automation tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
