Responsibilities
- Translate business priorities and customer needs into shipped, high-quality software features.
- Design and develop scalable, secure, maintainable, and well-documented software across the frontend and backend.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and technical specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and operational excellence.
- Mentor and guide junior software engineers.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for appropriate adoption.
Requirements
- BA/BS in a computer-science-related discipline or equivalent experience is required.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience is required.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS is required.
- Proficiency in data structures, database concepts, algorithms, observability concepts, and GraphQL APIs is required.
- Experience working across the stack and shipping features end-to-end is required.
- Experience working with customers to improve product experiences is expected.
- Experience building AI-driven UX, agents, and workflow automation is expected; direct machine-learning experience is not required.
- Experience with event-driven architecture is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environment is expected.
