Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, configure, and customize SAP GRC solutions across systems and applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP GRC solutions supporting compliance and risk management.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert and help manage team performance and decisions.
- Lead process-improvement efforts to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge and best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Proficiency in SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) is required.
- Strong understanding of SAP GRC modules and their integration with enterprise systems.
- Experience configuring and customizing SAP GRC tools for organizational compliance and risk management needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop effective SAP GRC solutions.
- Familiarity with SAP security concepts and their use within governance frameworks.
- Experience with SAP Security is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
