Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, support, and optimization of enterprise SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions.
- Design and maintain identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, role management, provisioning, and policy enforcement processes.
- Develop SailPoint ISC integrations with Entra ID, Active Directory, ServiceNow, cloud platforms, SaaS applications, HR systems, directories, and enterprise applications.
- Design and support cloud IAM integrations across Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, AWS IAM, Google Cloud IAM, and other SaaS environments.
- Develop AI-powered identity governance capabilities including access certification recommendations, role mining, identity risk scoring, anomaly detection, policy violation identification, automated remediation, and governance reporting.
- Implement identity governance policies, least-privilege and zero-trust controls, segregation-of-duties requirements, access reviews, and certification processes.
- Monitor governance metrics and support risk management, compliance, internal audits, external audits, evidence collection, reporting, and control validation.
- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, implementation standards, operational procedures, and AI governance and performance metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Identity Governance and Administration technologies.
- 2+ years of direct experience implementing and supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in large enterprise environments.
- Experience integrating SailPoint ISC with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, ServiceNow, cloud platforms, and SaaS platforms.
- Strong expertise in identity lifecycle management, access requests, access certifications, provisioning, RBAC, ABAC, and segregation-of-duties controls.
- Experience designing and implementing AI-powered solutions for identity governance, including identity analytics, intelligent access reviews, role mining, risk-based access controls, governance reporting, and identity lifecycle automation.
