Base Salary
$130k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop new tools for cloud-based operations.
- Improve the handling of licenses within the system.
- Break down monolithic support tools into smaller, manageable tools.
- Enhance the feature flags system for better functionality.
- Build AI-driven tools to improve security and privacy.
- Contribute to open-source systems utilized by Verkada.
Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience and enthusiasm for learning new infrastructure products.
- Comfortable working at the intersection of infrastructure and software development.
- Proficiency in Python and/or Go programming languages.
- Experience with major cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and service meshes like Istio is preferred.
