Base Salary

$264k - $323k/yr

Responsibilities

Develop, build, and support large scale forecasting systems for business growth.
Develop, build, and support modeling of long-term user outcomes.
Design and implement batch prediction infrastructure ensuring accuracy and explainability.
Collaborate with data science and product partners to understand business growth.
Model and promote technical excellence in the data science and ML community.
Communicate strategic findings to influence company and team-level roadmaps.
Partner with Data Engineering and Data Platform teams for reliable model development.

5+ years of industry experience in prototyping and building scalable machine learning solutions.
Experience building scalable and robust ETL data and ML pipelines.
Experience with time series modeling and foundational time series models.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and break product requirements into deliverables.
Strong communication skills to connect model outputs to company strategy.
An Advanced Degree (MSc or PhD) in a quantitative field.
