Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of new features and releases.
- Write clear, reproducible bug reports and track resolution with engineering.
- Develop knowledge of core user flows including recording and transcription.
- Contribute to test plans and regression suites ahead of releases.
- Partner with PMs and engineers to define acceptance criteria before features ship.
- Validate bug fixes and conduct regression testing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of QA experience with a strong manual testing focus.
- Ability to write clear, detailed bug reports and test cases.
- Experience testing web and mobile (iOS/Android) applications.
- Experience testing SaaS or subscription-based products preferred.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Linear, or similar issue trackers.
- Able to ramp up quickly and work independently with minimal onboarding.
