Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and code quality.
- Develop technical solutions to support critical business objectives.
- Lead projects throughout key phases of the Salesforce development lifecycle.
- Improve platform code performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Design and implement feature flag strategies for safe deployments.
- Drive test automation modernization.
- Build event-driven integrations using Platform Events and APIs.
- Contribute to developer experience tooling.
- Own CI/CD pipeline health and automation.
- Collaborate with business partners and analysts to determine CRM needs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture patterns.
- Experience with test optimization techniques.
- Extensive development experience using Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration and configuration.
- Knowledge of relational databases and ETL tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
