Responsibilities
- Create industry-leading mechanics and content systems for LEGO gameplay.
- Build a playable vision through rapid prototyping and iteration.
- Establish extensible game paradigms for long-term development.
- Develop a compelling vision for non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, and community teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience shipping multiple titles as a systems designer and design leader.
- Experience designing building-based systems and rules integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine systems, particularly Blueprints.
- Strong interest in the LEGO brand and player-first mobile gaming.
