Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to translate priorities and requirements into shipped features and technical specifications.
- Develop clean, efficient, scalable, resilient, and well-documented SaaS software.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance for application development.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Mentor and guide junior software engineers.
- Improve development processes, tools, and operational excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and advocate for appropriate adoption.
- Work with customers to improve product experiences and deliver customer success.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of experience developing highly scalable cloud-native applications with JavaScript or TypeScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS.
- Experience building AI-driven user experiences, agents, and workflow automation; direct machine learning experience is not required.
- Experience building applications on Azure or AWS using modern CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on PostgreSQL experience.
- Experience using Grafana for observability and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency with event-driven architecture, API integration, and GraphQL.
- Experience working across the frontend and backend and shipping features end-to-end.
- Demonstrated customer collaboration and strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environment.
