Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-ready software using AI as a core part of the engineering lifecycle.
- Develop integrated front-end and back-end components for enterprise applications.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based tools for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Apply engineering best practices to deliver robust, scalable, high-quality software.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support seamless integration and adoption.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 6 years of Java full-stack development experience is additionally specified.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development lifecycle practices, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, including copilots and LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with Java full-stack development, including Java and Spring Boot or another listed backend technology.
- Knowledge of at least one listed backend technology: Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies including React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
