Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and provide solutions across immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Lead process-improvement initiatives to improve productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate communication around project goals and deliverables.
- Drive refinement, feature and user-story definition, bi-weekly releases, and user acceptance testing.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM).
- Experience as a business analyst in the banking industry.
- Knowledge of Confluence, GitLab, Story Mapping, User Journeys, UML, and BPMN.
- Experience as a requirements engineer in agile environments using Scrum or SAFe.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs.
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, interface partners, and developers.
- Strong communication skills with data-driven insights and storytelling.
- Fluent English communication skills.
