Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Angular.
- Develop and consume APIs and microservices and build event-driven systems using Apache Kafka.
- Design and optimize database schemas, data models, and complex SQL queries.
- Design, develop, and integrate AI/ML models and solutions into enterprise applications using Python and AI development kits.
- Build natural language processing and generative AI applications with LangChain.
- Participate in analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, production support, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct feasibility studies, provide time and cost estimates, and contribute to IT planning and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with business analysts and users to translate requirements into technical and AI/ML solutions.
- Implement application security best practices and assess operational and business risks.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, define operating standards and procedures, and mentor junior analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in full-stack systems analysis and software application programming, with a focus on AI/ML integration.
- Proficiency in Java and Python and extensive experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, Angular, and LangChain.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational database systems such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful services, design patterns, and AI/ML system architecture.
- Experience with AI development kits such as ADK.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects, including projects with AI/ML components.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, advisory, autonomy, and deadline-management skills.
