Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Power Platform solutions, including Copilot Studio agents, multi-agent architectures, Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, Dataverse artifacts, AI Builder, and Business Process Flows.
- Make architecture decisions and provide technical leadership on complex enterprise projects.
- Build and expand Power Platform capabilities for customers and identify automation and efficiency opportunities in business processes.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party systems.
- Establish Power Platform best practices, governance models, Centers of Excellence, and ALM processes.
- Monitor new Microsoft Stack features and evaluate their customer applications.
- Advise customers, manage requirements, communicate with business and management stakeholders, and provide mentoring and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Several years of deep experience across the Microsoft Power Platform suite.
- Expertise in Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents, including multi-agent architectures.
- Strong knowledge of Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows, including RPA and Computer Use.
- Experience developing Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps.
- Strong Dataverse experience, including data modeling, security, plug-ins, and business rules.
- Experience with AI Builder, Business Process Flows, Power Platform Solutions, Pipelines, Power Platform CLI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience with Azure services, XML, JSON, REST APIs, and Custom Connectors.
- Experience with at least one of Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, .NET, C#, ASP.NET, or PowerShell.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience delivering complex enterprise consulting projects, requirements management, and stakeholder communication.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
- Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft 365 SDK, LLM integration and selection, Model Context Protocol, agent-to-agent communication, prompt engineering, and grounding strategies is advantageous.
